  • How do I ensure safe use of my lighter?
Please read the Privacy policy to ensure safe use of our lighters before making a purchase.
  • Do they arrive with fuel?
Unfortunately, due to shipping regulations we are unable to ship our lighters with fuel.
  • Where can I buy fuel for my lighters?
You can buy butane or lighter fluid (depending on the lighter), at your local hardware/camping store, or a local online retailer.
  • How do I fill my lighter?

Butane lighters: There is a small pin on the bottom where you can insert the butane nozzle to fill.

After filling, allow the lighter to sit for 1-2 minutes, allowing the cold butane to adjust to room temperature before igniting.

Wick lighters: Remove the cap on the bottom of the lighter to expose the cotton, and fill the cotton with lighter fluid.

Let the lighter fluid soak into the wick for 2-3 minutes before igniting.

Electric lighters: These do not need to be filled, and can be recharged with the included USB cable.

  • How do I adjust the flame?

With each order you will be given a free flame adjuster.

There is a small wheel on the bottom of the lighter used to adjust the flame.

Turn the wheel counter-clockwise towards the plus (+) for a bigger flame, or clockwise towards to minus (-) for a smaller flame.

  • How long do the lighters last?
All of the lighters can be infinitely refilled. So as long as they are treated with care, your lighters will last a lifetime!
  • Do the colored flames last forever?

Unfortunately not, the colored flames have a limited lifespan.

But don't worry, when the color runs out you will still have a fully functional lighter with a blue flame.

We ship worldwide! If your country is available for selection at checkout, then we offer shipping to your location.
  • What if my order is rejected at customs?
In the unlikely circumstance that your order is rejected at customs, we will be happy to issue a full refund.
  • Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking on all orders worldwide.

  • How long does shipping take?
- United States: USPS shipping, typically taking 7-12 business days for delivery.
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail, typically taking 7-10 business days for delivery.
- Other Countries: Post NL, typically taking 12-18 business days for delivery.
  • When will my order be shipped out?

  • How much does shipping cost?
We provide tracking for all retail orders and ship worldwide at fixed rates:
- For the United States, the shipping fee is $8.99.
- For other countries (including the UK and other nations), the shipping fee is $8.
